Execution can be scoped and quoted after the consultation. 📅 How It Works — Step by Step • Book the session & pay online • Receive a confirmation + meeting link • Before the call, share (optional but helpful): • Website / Instagram / LinkedIn links • Brand decks (if any) • Competitor references • Key questions or concerns (Recommended: share at least 4 hours before the session) • Attend the live 1-hour consultation • Walk away with clear brand direction & next steps
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all online services including brand consultations, design consultations, website audits, strategy sessions, and virtual meetings. Booking Window Clients may book a session no earlier than 7 days in advance and no later than 24 hours before the session time. Booking Confirmation All online consultations require 100% advance payment. A session is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation message with the meeting link is sent. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, and a new booking will be required. If the client does not join the meeting within 10 minutes of the start time, the session is marked as a no-show and is considered completed with no refund. Session Timings Clients are expected to join on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if the client joins late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed before the session is marked as a no-show. Pre-Session Requirements Clients must have a stable internet connection and a quiet space. Any required files, references, or links should be shared at least 4 hours before the session. For website audits or strategy sessions, all necessary logins or links must be functional before the session begins. Deliverables Online sessions may include consultation, verbal feedback, screenshare guidance, or strategy discussions. Written summaries or action plans are only included if they are part of the specific service booked. Additional work beyond the consultation, such as design updates or website fixes, will require a separate quote. Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable unless ArtBox Global cancels the session. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Technical Issues If technical issues occur on the client’s side (internet problems, device issues, audio failure), the session will not be extended or refunded. If technical issues occur on ArtBox Global’s side, a new session will be scheduled at no extra cost. Confidentiality All discussions, documents, and materials shared during the consultation are kept confidential and will not be used outside the context of the service. Recording Sessions may only be recorded with mutual consent. Recordings are for internal use only.
