Cancellation Policy

At ArtBox Global, we value clarity and transparency. To ensure a smooth process, the following booking policy applies to all Website Audit services: 1. Booking Confirmation * A 50% advance payment is required to secure your audit slot. The balance is due upon delivery of the final report. 2. Scheduling & Timelines * Audit bookings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. * Standard turnaround time: 7–10 working days from receipt of all required access (e.g., website backend, analytics, hosting details). * Delays in providing required access may extend delivery timelines. 3. Client Responsibilities * Clients must provide necessary login credentials, access to analytics tools, and any relevant background information. * ArtBox Global will maintain strict confidentiality of all shared information. 4. Revisions & Follow-up * The audit report includes one clarification call (up to 60 minutes) to walk through findings and recommendations. * Additional consultations or implementation support can be booked separately. 5. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a refund of the booking amount, less 10% processing fees. * Once the audit has commenced, fees are non-refundable. 6. Payment Terms * All invoices are due on-reciept of issue unless otherwise agreed. * Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
